Tilon, a Korean developer of virtualization-based cloud computing solutions, said it had held the Tilon DAVE Day 2015 on April 17 in Seoul to announce its strategy for constructing virtualization and cloud computing solutions.
Tilon has been holding the DAVE (the initials of Tilon’s four major solutions: Dstation, Astation, Vstation and Estation) Day annually in order to showcase its new products and technologies and provide information on industry trends and its business strategies.
At the Tilon DAVE Day 2015, Tilon showed off the “Dstation V3.0” (a CC (Common Criteria)-certified Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution); the “Lstation V1.0” (which supports open source hypervisors); the Astation V5.0” (an application virtualization solution) and the Estation V3.0” (a solution for smart education).
Tilon also unveiled its new product, the Vstation, a solution for remote working and access control. Also on view was an upgraded version of the CenterPost V1.5, an integrated control solution which was released last year.

The CenterPost V1.5, designed to manage virtualization and cloud computing systems in an integrated manner, was one of the highlights of the Tilon DAVE Day 2015.
The CenterPost V1.5 is an integrated VDI control portal that enables system operations management, fault management, statistics management and the creation and allocation of virtual desktops.
“The CenterPost V1.5 is a solution that can be applied to our entire virtualization solution lineup, as well as to other systems. Thus, our clients who have been using Tilon’s previous virtualization solutions can build a more efficient operating environment by using the CenterPost V1.5,” said Choi Baek-jun, CEO of Tilon.
