Kim Junsu is receiving a fervent response to his appearance onaired by EBS.
His sensational TV comeback on April 30 was the first appearance on a music program in 6 years since he had a conflict with his entertainment. Keywords such as “EBS On Air”, “Space Gonggam”, and “Kim Junsu” topped real-time keyword search on various online websites after its release. His brilliant live performance that showed a strong sense of identification with the audience drew a heated response from numerous netizens.
“I’ve always dreamed of a small theater performance and I’m so happy that I’ve achieved that dream”. Kim Junsu said about his appearing on the show during his performance. And he summoned a captive voice to sing the tracklist from solo albums, K-drama OST melodies, and musical songs. In particular, the title track ‘Flower’, which he arranged with a subtle acoustic melody for the program, resonated with the audience.
The singer shed tears of gratitude while introducing the last song, ‘An Uphill Road’, for encore, saying that “It’s true that I had fallen on hard times as a singer since I wasn’t able to appear on TV shows for almost 6 years. But thanks to my fans who have supported me all the way, I made it to the show today.” He added that “I would like to present a song to my fans, which symbolizes great hardship we went through.” and left the stage with the song.
Meanwhile, with the event, Kim Junsu is about to end his 3rd solo album activity and is going to prepare a musical repertoire, putting best effort forward to make sure its success.
