Naturalism cosmetics company, The Face Shop, launched the first stage of ‘The Face Shop Chinese customer monitor’ that is consisted of Chinese university students studying abroad in Korea, and was regularizing ‘Youker’ Chinese target marketing.

The Face Shop(www.thefaceshop.com) carried out the starting ceremony of the first stage of ‘The Face Shop Chinese customer monitor’ with total of 10 Chinese students studying in Korea in twenties at its head office in Gwanghwamun Gate on this 8th.

The first stage of ‘The Face Shop Chinese customer monitor’ plans to accelerate target marketing on Chinese local market and 6 millions of ‘Youker,’ by investigating the evaluation on its own trial products two times a month and the domestic market, carrying out the monitoring activities such as cosmetic trend in Chinese local market once a month and Chinese customer evaluation on its own products and the products from different companies, and actively reflecting the monitoring opinions on its aftermath product development and marketing.

Ahn Kiwoong, head of product planning in The Face Shop, clarified that the importance of China is stressed, as it is called as the second domestic market, and the Youkers visiting Korea contribute highly on our sales, and so through this first stage of Chinese customer monitor, we will vitalize foreign customer monitor and concentrate not only on China but also the global market targeting.
