Samsung Electronics introduces the XL2370 LED monitor made with Touch of Color (ToC) design technology. It is a high-end finger-slim (19mm) panel. It boasts a 5 million to 1 contrast ratio with Mega DCR, 2ms rapid response time, full high definition, and a 16 to 9 widescreen resolution ratio.
The XL2370 monitor is eco-friendly, considering that it does not contain harmful substances such as mercury that is used for existing monitors. Instead of CCFL, the XL2370 uses LED as the light source, so it is possible to cut electricity consumption by 33 percent, or an average of 120W a day.
