The new round of competition between Apple and Samsung Electronics has begun as Apple released its brand-new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. As expected, the latest iPhones look similar to their predecessors. However, they have the new features include 3D Touch and a second generation Touch ID sensor.
Apple's rival Samsung Electronics burned its bridge behind it, showing off the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S5 Edge Plus one month earlier.
The key features of iPhone 6S which are welcomed most by Apple fans are camera performance and multi-touch function. Apple has been lagging behind its rivals such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, and Sony in terms of camera performance. This time, however, Apple greatly upgraded the number of camera pixels.
The iPhone 6S's rear camera has 12 megapixels with its front camera boasting 5 megapixels. This figure is a great improvement from the predecessor's 8 and 1.2 megapixels. Another feature in the cap of iPhone 6S is the state-of-the-art 3D touch, a function that responds depending on how hard you press the screen.
