The total number of new subscribers in January is 585,792. Among them, the number of new 010 numbers is 450,198 and the number of subscribers transferring using Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is 135,594.
They also reported the number of cancellations. The total number of cancelled subscribers is 499,452. Among them, there are 363,190 normal and authority cancellations and among these, the number of cancelled subscribers with MNP is 136,262.
This brings SK Telecom to a net increase of 86,340 subscribers for the month of January. In total, SK Telecom has 23,118,385 subscribers as of January. Among those, 8,634,312 are using WCDMA, an increase of 394,857 from last month.
