Korean Air, S. Korea’s largest carrier, has caused yet another controversy as it requires its employees to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) again.

According to the Korean Air Pilots Union (KAPU), the company on September 22 allowed employees to access the in-house employee website after signing an agreement not to disclose company secrets.
Korean Air countered by saying that there was no problem with the procedure since it simply asked employees to agree to the NDA that they had signed when they joined the company.

However, KAPU is calling on the company to withdrew the procedure as employees expressed strong opposition to the NDA’s new clause that covers all the information that is generally undisclosed.
