LG Electronics said on Sunday it would roll out Speed Oven+, which reduces cooking time and energy use, targeting the European premium oven market.
The tech company plans to expand the markets into Spain following the recent launch in France. The Speed Oven+ allows users to start cooking instantly without warm-up and also enables them to cook fast using far-infrared radiation.
LG Electronics said it enabled the Speed Oven+ to be embedded in kitchen furniture, considering that many Europeans favor built-in furniture.
The company plans to expand the built-in furniture business and build a premium image through the oven business in the global market beyond Europe.
