Ltd., a leading mobile phone provider, today revealed its vision to support its robust business strategy to be the fastest growing company in the mobile industry.  At the heart of this vision, Samsung unveiled a stunning portfolio of full-touch phones and solutions designed to suit every lifestyle.

The stars of Samsung’s new full-touch line-up include Ultra TOUCH - an elegant full-touch slider phone, OMNIAHD - Samsung’s first Symbian full-touch handset which brings HD brilliance’ to the mobile world, and the BEAT Edition for music lovers, led by two flagships - BEATDJ  and BEATDISC . Leading the way in style, usability and vivid full touch screens with AMOLED displays, these new handsets will solidify Samsung’s prominence in the full-touch market.

Mobile Solutions for Every Lifestyle

Enhancing the mobile experience, Samsung also demonstrated its latest solutions and advanced systems at Mobile World Congress.  Samsung Music, Samsung Live, New PC Studio and Share Pix enable easy-to-use multimedia sharing and downloads. Other new features include LBS, Mobile Widget and the Samsung Application store. 

The Samsung Mobile Innovator, a forum for developers, opens new opportunities for collaboration with application development partners, network operators and platforms, and is set to further strengthen Samsung’s Open OS strategy and products. Samsung demonstrated hot trends in the very latest telecommunication technologies by displaying new Moblie WiMAX devices, including USB dongle, UMPC and mobile phones, as well as LTE technology solutions.

The Blue Earth Dream

During the Mobile World Congress, Samsung reinforced its commitment to help everyone who wants to contribute to a sustainable way of living by providing the best eco-products and promoting eco-friendly management. With its slogan The Blue Earth Dream, Samsung announced its solar-powered full-touch mobile phone Blue Earth. The phone, made from recycled plastic, comes with a unique User Interface designed to draw attention to preserving our fragile environment.

JK Shin, Executive Vice President and head of Mobile Communication division in Samsung Electronics said, “This year we are proud to offer holistic mobile experiences through a wide-ranging choice of full-touch handsets and technological solutions to suit every lifestyle.”
