Shanghai - Jang Gap-seo, general manager of Samil PJ Co., Ltd. kept talking with a buyer more than an hour. After he started out the business of developing solder tips, he failed many times. After overcoming such failures, he finally succeeded in developing such delicate robot tips and special solder tips. Instead of many visitors, he has been talking with some potential buyers because their tips are a very tiny component that only appeals to real buyers who are working in this field.
"Some interesting buyers visited our booth today. One of the most memorable buyers who came today is Mr. Yang who works as CEO of Taiwan Rong Ju Firm. He has been working in this field for more than a couple of decades but it is the first time for him to see these sort of tiny, small, delicate tips before. Mostly, these sorts of tips are used in the fields of machine manufacturing facilities and even the robot manufacturing process. He thinks if it is possible to produce a lot of them in a custom manufacture, it will be a really good opportunity to provide it to tens of thousands of factories in China," Jang said. "He asked us to manufacture the tips on a custom order and as long as he provides me a drawing, there is no problem at all to manufacture the delicate model that he is seeking now."
Just right after the interview, he had to talk with some other buyers who came to him in surprise with almost the same curiosity. It is now really a time for Samil PJ to provide tips for the Chinese market.
