From April 1, KITELA(Korea IT Ethics Leaders' Association, http://www.kitela.org) starts to develop the Korean NCS(National Competency Standard) supported by HRD Korea government (http://www.hrdkorea.or.kr).
Nowadays in this world, there are many of the cyber terror/attack/war, the cyber drug/addiction, the cyber bullying/violence/fighting, the malicious code/malware, the evil contents, the cyber crime/hacking/cracking/forensic destruction/computer(smart- phone/pad/note) TV/radio receiver/IT-embedded devices/i-Robot viruses, the spam mail/message/photo/voice file/movie, the cyber evil-game/pornography/bizarre, the real evil fanatic/psychopath, the cyber voice-phishing/smishing/pharming. So each government is focused on efforts to reduce, remove or stop these evil things.
Through this 1st evaluation meeting, KITELA is scheduled to design the ITENCS (IT Ethics NCS) certification and authentication system and the ITENCS education & exercise & OJT (On-the Job Training) system in cooperation of school, academy, college and university. KITELA has the total 4 years ITENCS plan, organization and budget of Planning (2016), Developing (2017), Writing (2018), Teaching (2019) are invested to the best ITENCS system in Korea. These new occupations of IT Ethics designed by Dr. Seung Chang Park (The IT consultant and IT industrial professor related to HRD Korea) are configured of a teacher/professor/tutor, a consultant/counsellor, a leader (CEO, CTO, CPO, CMO, CFO, Chairman, President) and IT Ethics are configured of technology, ethics/morality, literature & art.
