
Naver, one of the most popular portal sites in Korea operated by NHN, announced that it has started its new service named "Knowledge Partners." Knowledge Partners will offer answering support based on professional knowledge of volunteered enterprises and organizations for users who ask questions through the "Knowledge iN" section. These volunteers will provide confidential information for each question in all different fields.
Volunteered enterprises and organizations will be playing an important role in providing solutions for users' curious questions throughout all subject matters not only including financial products, education, games, IT devices, IT security and entertainment, but also including their professional fields. Users will be able to use this service not by selecting individual firms or organization pages or accessing directory pages, but by using it in the same way that they are use to.
"There are a lot of answers provided by other users in Knowledge iN sections for most questions about various fields. As a lot of professional experts are going to give answers for those questions from this day forwards, I definitely expect that we can increase Knowledge iN's reliability by solving questions directly for the users," said officials of NHN.
