Many colorful electronic devices have boasted their own techniques during the CES. The landscape of this year's CES was very much alive and could smell the perspiring sweat of Electronic giants that exhibited products which are ready to hit the market. For this year's CES, most popular products were 3D TVs and Blu-rays; Including Samsung and LG, Japan and China also showed their 3D TVs, but the actual brands that are open to consumers are Samsung, LG, Sony, and Panasonic. Especially, Blu-ray players' demand is high because it is inseparable from 3D TV and the readily brands mentioned above have Blu-ray players that are apt to store contents and run them in state-of-the-art definition. Samsung is expecting to sell about two million LED, LCD, and PDP lines that are 3D and LG also expects to sell two million 3D TVs.
Second, PC clones have entered the technology market and are ready to overrun the original PCs. Such similar forms of PC are TabletPD, net book, smart book, and MID that are equipped with PC function, come out in smaller sizes as well as more portable to carry around. Viliv, Lenovo, and MSI manufacture terminal units and as for the chip set, other than the noted Intel, NVIDIA and QUALCOMM are displaying modern, unique chip sets that can be housed into PC clones. Furthermore, operating system (OS) products are walking down the CES runway with their ANDROID platform adaptable items and struck consumers in awe.
Next type of product that shined CES is what we have all been waiting for, the KITT. Anybody who has test driven this car can say that a five-year-old should be allowed to drive, and this joke is not make-believe. KITT is able to operate by the driver's voice and the driver can meanwhile enjoy games and other entertainment housed within the car. Specific example is Kia motors' vehicle infotainment system called 'UVO'. Kia cooperated with MS to develop this system, in which enables the driver to make a phone call and listen to music solely by voice recognition. It also provides traffic information and is altogether targeted to enhance the drivers' safety.

Another category of products that called attention is the electronic books. One can see through the naked eye that electronic books' popularity have increased over the past years. This year, including Sony and Samsung, China and Ukraine have also embraced this so called 'electronic book wave'. Most of these e-books are e-ink based, housed with Wi-Fi, and are in partnerships with other communication firms to secure mobile Internet services to the customers. The most eye-catching product was enTourage eDGe. This product was chosen for the most innovative item; it is equipped with dual display and has combined both functions of the net book and e-book. Finally, China's conspicuous advancement into the IT industry is intimidating. Their booth occupied the main, central hall where Hicine and TCL marched their product lines towards other counterparts. CEO of Hicine illustrated their success story and stated that China will ride high to the top and enter the global market, during his speech at CES.
