DOVRE GROUP: NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Dovre Group Plc has today, March 7, 2017, received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Etra Capital Oy (business ID 2305147-6), an entity controlled by Erkki Etola. According to the notification, the ownership of Etra Capital Oy to shares and voting rights in Dovre Group Plc has decreased below 15%.
The notification relates to the increase in the total number of shares in Dovre Group Plc, entered in the Finnish trade register on March 6, 2017, which dilutes the proportion of all shares in Dovre Group Plc held by Etra Capital Oy. Etra Capital Oy’s ownership of all shares in Dovre Group Plc after the increase in the total number of shares is 14.97%. Etra Capital Oy’s ownership before the increase was 15.02%. The total number of shares in Dovre Group Plc held by Etra Capital Oy (15,000,000) has not changed.
Dovre Group Plc’s registered total number of shares is 100,168,769.
