SeouLin Bioscience Co., Ltd. (SeouLin) specializes in bio-technology announces to apply for a patent in regards to new types of virus diagnosing system by utilizing its Micro Electro Mechanical System (Bio-MEMS) technology. SeouLin's patented technology, the Bio-MEMS-based technology, upgrades the extra miles of accuracy of virus diagnosing by grafting a Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) onto its state-of-the-art system technology.
Hwang Eul-moon, CEO of SeouLin Bioscience said, "In regard to our patented technology, we are developing a Biochip, which is being enriched by viruses and it will be the innovative product that integrates with Bio technologies in the field of Bio-MEMS which includes Microfluidics, Virus Refinement and DNA extraction."
SeouLin expects that its Biochip will provide extra levels of hypersensitive and accurate diagnosis by applying the Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) to Molecular diagnosis. They are also planning to expand its business by building automatic and miniaturize system for Biochips.
Meanwhile, according to the most recent reports from Kalorama Information Research, Molecular diagnostic markets including Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) are expected to increase 41.5 percent per year on US$0.912 billion scale.
