Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital’s Customer Satisfaction Department (Head: Lee Seon-yeong) has kicked off the 1st GWP (Great Work Place) Three-leaf Clover Project for Happy Workers, with the aim of becoming a good workplace to work for and of creating an organizational culture which values communication and empathy among workers.
The Three-leaf Clover Project is designed to improve internal customer satisfaction through respect for employees. It plans to award model departments for kindness based on the compliments from customers on the website of Ewha Womans Univ. Mokdong Hospital, along with a variety of communication programs on the theme of empathy and healing.
Starting with this award, Ewha Womans Univ. Mokdong Hospital intends to expand communication with internal customers by running diverse communication programs on the theme of empathy and healing.
