The newly released SUV, Tucson Ix35, is commercialized as the 'Sexy Utility Vehicle'. The newest version of the compact SUV is based on the Hyundai ix-ONIC concept premiered at the Geneva auto show formerly this year. Hyundai says, “The Korean version of the SUV has been already put on sale in Korea. The Tucson ix is priced in between KRW 21 million (US$16,840) for the diesel 2WD and KRW 27 million (US$21,650) for the top of the line version.” It seems possible that the Ix35 could be a replacement for many SUV users.
