LLC (CBC), a division of Wilbur-Ellis and the largest marketer and distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients in Asia-Pacific, has acquired the assets of Axxone International Pte Ltd., a chemical manufacturing and distribution company with headquarters located in Singapore. Axxone's assets have been acquired by CBC's subsidiary, Core Ingredients Pte Ltd., which will continue to operate the business.

The new regional technical center being set up in Singapore will enhance services offered by CBC's existing regional technical center in Jakarta, Indonesia.
