The launch of Fanxing Institute ("the Institute), marks an official kick-start of the HRG's talent nurturing initiative in the robotics industry which will further help drive sustainable growth of the HRG Robotics Biosphere.
Fanxing, which literally means "numerous stars" in Chinese, offers management education to executives from different departments at HRG Robotics via a wide array of courses in strategic planning, financing, human resource management, investment, business operation, marketing and more. HRG Robotics has designed a holistic curriculum to prepare its staff to be successful entrepreneurs in a more challenging business world.

At a ceremony to mark its opening, Wang Fei, President of HRG Robotics, said that the establishment of the Institute is a milestone in the Group's history. Every year, the Institute will produce short-term quarterly programs for leading staff members within each department. There will also be management training programs for new hires who are recent graduates and talent-nurturing programs for candidates for major positions in the company. Meanwhile, HRG Robotics executives will be encouraged to take business courses at learning institutions outside the Group.
