HRG Robotics Opens Entrepreneurship Institute to Nurture Top Talent In Business Management

SHANGHAI, Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/Korea IT times -- HIT Robot Group ("HRG Robotics" or "the Group"), one of China's leading manufacturers of robots, has opened its entrepreneurship institute. The launch of Fanxing Institute ("the Institute), marks an official kick-start of the HRG's talent nurturing initiative in the robotics industry which will further help drive sustainable growth of the HRG Robotics Biosphere.

Fanxing, which literally means "numerous stars" in Chinese, offers management education to executives from different departments at HRG Robotics via a wide array of courses in strategic planning, financing, human resource management, investment, business operation, marketing and more. HRG Robotics has designed a holistic curriculum to prepare its staff to be successful entrepreneurs in a more challenging business world.

At a ceremony to mark its opening, Wang Fei, President of HRG Robotics, said that the establishment of the Institute is a milestone in the Group's history. "HRG Robotics has been committed to making the robotics industry in China a vibrant and sustainable one and people who are driving the progress and transformation are the most valuable capital we have."

Wang added that the future for the robotics industry looks challenging and promising at the same time. "It is a strategic move of an enterprise to focus on its human resource in the fierce global market. We hope we can find the right path for our peers to create a robust future for the industry."

Every year, the Institute will produce short-term quarterly programs for leading staff members within each department. There will also be management training programs for new hires who are recent graduates and talent-nurturing programs for candidates for major positions in the company. Meanwhile, HRG Robotics executives will be encouraged to take business courses at learning institutions outside the Group.
