The agreement covers worldwide distribution of line-replaceable units (LRU's) in new and overhauled condition, authorization to repair servos at multiple PAG facilities and market the Fleet Improvement Program (FIP).

UTC Aerospace Systems offers a wide range of helicopter actuators for small, medium and large applications or the civil, commercial and military markets. Both the Main and Tail Rotor Actuators incorporate the latest features including the latest developments in servo-valves, solenoid valves, spool valves and detection devices including anti-jamming on the spool valve.
