COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. S. Patent and Trademark Office that it will be granted a patent titled “Display having a transparent conductive oxide layer comprising metal doped zinc oxide applied by sputtering” (US 2016/0041418 A1).
