Seoul City signed an agreement with the company on Friday that will have the two sides expand over the next three years projects related to navigation, black box technology and intelligence systems.
Jabez International is a U.S.-based investment firm who develops and exports technologies on LCD (liquid crystal display) monitors, LEDs (light-emitting diode), navigation systems and radio-frequency identification (RFID).
