SHENZHEN, China, Aug. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/Korea IT Times -- On the evening of July 23rd, a hydroelectric power station dam under construction in southeastern Laos collapsed. The collapse resulted in hundreds of missing people, about 6,600 homeless people, and nearly 3,000 people "waiting for rescue".
