The proposals to be submitted for shareholders' approval at the annual general meeting are the re-election of Mr. Shaohua Zhang as an independent director of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and a member of the audit committee of the Board and the ratification of the appointment of KPMG Huazhen LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm of the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018. The Board has fixed November 7, 2018 as the record date (the "Record Date") for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
