HONG KONG -- Recently, the Hong Kong Consumer Council conducted a transversal evaluation of cleansing products in the Hong Kong market. The results showed that the MINISO Rice Cleansing Foam with the lowest price (20HKD) had the highest score of 5, which was the same as that of a brand with the highest price (400HKD), making it the most cost-effective product in the list, according to PRNewswire on November 17, 2018.

Hong Kong Consumer Council conducted a transversal evaluation of 60 cleansing products on the market in Hong Kong in the latest issue of the Choice Magazine published on November 15.
The MINISO Rice Cleansing Foam, which has a pH value of 9.9, does not contain the tested preservative. The results showed that the cleansing foam does not contain the mixture content of MIT and CMIT, free formaldehyde content, salicylic acid content or isopropyl alcohol content. Therefore, the score was 5 out of 5 for this aspect and 3.5 for the label, with an overall rating of 5 out of 5.
