Mr. A, who travels abroad on vacation. There were many concerns about which roaming plan to choose before the trip because each country has different names and different prices.
But now, using the "baro" rate system makes it easy to choose roaming plans and free baro calls wherever you go.
SK Telecom said it will launch a "baro" rate system on April 2 that will provide ample data and convenient access to Baro calls in about 100 countries.
Customers who are confused by different roaming plans for different countries or those who travel to different countries and regions can use roaming services anywhere without any burden by subscribing to the "baro" rate system.
The number of countries subject to the rate system is 98 countries, including Asia, the Americas, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, which boast the widest range of regional data roaming charges ever.
"Baro OnePass 300/500" is suitable for customers who travel short overseas. The baro OnePass 300/500 is provided with 300MB of data for 9,900 won per day and 500MB data for 16,500 won per day.
Business customers with high data demands will be able to use the "baro OnePass VIP" plan until June. The baro OnePass VIP costs 19,000 won per day and allows unlimited roaming data and calls to be used in 66 major countries without speed limits.
"We've prepared a plan to revamp the rate system and promote free experience of baro calls this time so that customers can feel that only one baro is enough to roam overseas," said Yoo Young-young, head of SK Telecom's MNO business. "In the future, SK Telecom will continue to implement these customer value innovations."
