DotConnect, the world's first blockchain-based distributed network VANTA service provider designed for a hyper-connected society, said it signed a strategic partnership with global IT firm Microsoft on April 26 to develop and supply various services.

Through its partnership with Microsoft, VANTA introduces and provides Microsoft Marketplace with a VANTA-based DotConnect solution. In particular, VANTA provides an application programming interface (API), which makes it easy for Microsoft partners to register or use services. In addition, team communication services such as Ciao, a VANTA-based application, are available.

Microsoft releases the trading-available sheet-based software as a service (SaaS) features of AppSource and Azure Marketplace, allowing customers in 141 countries to take advantage of partner innovation more quickly through Microsoft Cloud Marketplace or worldwide reseller channels.

VANTA's parent company, DotConnect, has received recognition and investment from government agencies and Korea's influential IT companies, and is also partnering with Apple APAC, HP Enterprise, SK Telecom, SK Broadband, Sejong Telecom and KCC Engineering.

VANTA aims first to enable all people around the world to experience safe and clean-quality communication networks, and plans to make efforts not only for corporate partnerships, but also for the development of its own technologies for the Mainnet in the future and the expansion of blockchain-based Dapp incubation and developer communities.

"Not only Microsoft, but all of VANTA partners can provide their partners with a lot of opportunities and experience because they can provide a variety of services," said CEO Seo Joon-hyuk of DotConnect. "Through Microsoft's customers, they can increase sales effects and pursue a win-win strategy between them."
