Singapore, March 25, 2009 – Danny Wilson, Pixelmetrix President & CEO, is a panelist in the Managing Quality of Service audience soapbox session at the IPTV World Forum, London. This session, titled Providing Effective Customer Support in a Converged IPTV Environment, is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 5.10pm at the Olympia Club Room.
The discussion will revolve around customer support system, service support and customer self-provisioning, overcoming the complexity of new networked home environment and the role of retail and service networks.
Wilson is a frequent speaker at IPTV and television conferences in Europe, Asia and North America, and currently serves as Editor for the Performance Monitoring/Quality of Service workgroup of the ITU-T/IPTV-FG.
The IPTV World Forum is held from March 25 to 27 at the Olympia, London.
Danny Wilson is the founder of Pixelmetrix Corporation, a Singapore-based company that specializes in the design and production of management and telemetry systems for digital broadcasters.
