
IMAC (International Materials and Component Industry Show) 2010 opened at 10am this morning. The show features material research and manufacturing related to components and materials that comprise some of our daily necessary and most wanted items. The exhibition was opened by 12 delegates including Deputy Minister of Industry at the Ministry of Knowledge and the Economy, Mr Cho, Mr Hwan-eik, Cho the president of KOTRA and Mr Bjourn Allden, CEO of Ericsson Korea. This year there is also an accompanying industrial conference Global Partnership run concurrently that features delegates from around the world. The Global Partnership delegates will begin to select from a menu of inspiring and informative presentations on the second floor of KINTEX, this afternoon.
The exhibition is complemented by industry conferences and presentations from leading manfacturers and researchers. Over 280 exhibitors comprise the space and their aptitudes range from hose gaskets to air clay to reduced cost solar cells to digital bikes.
The exhibition will be on at the Kintex until 11th June 2010.
