Lately some foreign diplomats have complained that China is too arrogant. They feel China's attitude has changed.  Before, China was kind and friendly, but now they can't even meet Chinese officials. Is it true Is China acting big for its boots these days

China lost its way.  Before the crisis, we believed the American dream - freedom, open society and economic growth.  But the American model ran into a storm and China didn't.
