Samsung Electronics announced a variety of partnerships on Aug. 7 (U.S. time) to expand the area and value of its Galaxy brand along with its more powerful smartphone Galaxy Note 10 at the Samsung Galaxy Unpack 2019 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

On the same day, Samsung Electronics introduced strategic partnerships with Microsoft to provide a diverse period of integrated experience and announced its smartwatch "Galaxy Watch Active2 Underarmour Edition" that collaborated with sportswear brand Under Armour. They also agreed to form a partnership and continue to cooperate with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to achieve its Global Goals.

Samsung Electronics signed a strategic partnership with Microsoft to combine cloud computing with AI to open a new mobile category together in the 5G era. It is planning to provide easy and convenient mobile experiences anytime, anywhere by supporting smooth connectivity between devices, applications and services.

As a result of their first collaboration, connectivity with Windows 10-based PCs has been significantly strengthened in the Galaxy Note 10. Users can see the screen of the Galaxy Note 10 on their PCs without having to go back and forth between PCs and smartphones, and can check messages, alerts and answer them immediately. The latest pictures taken on the Galaxy Note 10 can be checked and edited on the PC in real time, instead of moving them to the PC.

Users can turn on or off PC automatic connection function at 'Link to Window' on top of 'Galaxy Note 10' at any time.

In addition, the Galaxy Note 10 comes with Microsoft's optimized mobile email solution, Outlook.

Starting this fall, users can automatically synchronize their Samsung gallery applications with cloud-based Microsoft OneDrive without having to back up separately, allowing them to freely check photos and videos on any device.
