KOBA (the 20th Korea International Broadcast, Audio and Lighting Equipment Show) 2010 opened this morning in the COEX. Organisers said, "we have tried to ensure that this show will be the best place for everyone in the industry to gather information on advanced items and share the latest trends and developments."
"KOBA is strongly supported by government ministries and related organizations, such as the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, the Korea Broadcasting and Communications Commission and the Seoul Metropolitan Government," said the organisers.
Exhibitors vary from interface specialists to traditional, but very state-of-art cameras and other broadcasting equipment to very different types of 3DTV, as not all 3DTV methods, glasses or screens are created equal.
The show features 636 exhibitors from 29 countries and is on until the 18th June 2010.
