KCC participated in the global cosmetics raw materials exhibition, called the "In-cosmetics Asia 2019," in Bangkok, Thailand, on Nov. 5, showcasing silicon for high-functioning cosmetics materials and drawing attention from visitors.
Under the slogan of "KCC Beauty," which specializes in silicon for cosmetics materials, KCC has launched an aggressive promotion to explore the overseas markets while enhancing its solid image as a global cosmetics material maker.
At the exhibition, KCC showcased a variety of silicon products for personal care, featuring the excellent technical skills of "KCC Beauty." KCC's high-functioning specialties such as "silicon gel blends with natural oils," "SeraShine EM509" that boosts the sustainability of cosmetics, and "High Tg Film Former" have received much attention from visitors.
To help visitors understand the effects of different types of silicon, KCC displayed samples of cosmetic molds such as "Damage Care Perfume Shampoo" and "Sports Sun BB Cream."
"This exhibition gave us an opportunity to publicize KCC's excellent technological prowess in silicon for high-functional and multi-functional cosmetics materials," a KCC official said, adding, "If Momentive is incorporated into our company next year, we will be able to achieve the silicon technology and synergy effects that KCC has been building."
