SEOUL-KT Corp., South Korea's No. 2 mobile carrier, said Wednesday that it has agreed with United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based Etisalat on a wide range of business cooperations as part of efforts to expand its presence in the Middle East and Africa.
According to KT, also the country's top fixed-line phone service provider, the two companies will cooperate on global roaming service, Internet protocol television (IPTV) services and other key business areas.
