KEB Hana Bank announced on Nov. 20 that it has been selected as the 2020 best foreign exchange provider in Korea for the 19th consecutive year by the global financial and economic magazine Global Finance in London, Britain on Nov. 19 (local time).
Since its establishment in New York in 1987, the Global Finance magazine has been a world-renowned financial and economic magazine subscribed to by more than 50,000 CEOs and financial experts from 190 countries around the world.
"KEB Hana Bank received the highest marks in such areas as assets, profitability, strategy, customer service, price competitiveness and innovative products," the media said. "The bank's long-standing position in foreign exchange and trade finance in Korea was also highly evaluated."
KEB Hana Bank won the Korea's Best Trade and Finance Bank Award 18 times in January and the Best Trustee Bank Award 11 times in October, and won the Best Foreign Exchange Bank Award this time for 19 consecutive years, making it recognized as the "best global bank in Korea" in name and reality.
"KEB Hana Bank's foreign exchange capability has been proven once again to be the highest in the world," said an official at KEB Hana Bank's FI business division. "We will not settle for Korea's best bank, and will continue to make efforts to strengthen our differentiated competitiveness in the global market."
