Longtu Korea made an announcement on Nov. 20 that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with True Digital Plus (TDP), a game publisher in Southeast Asia.
Under the MOU, the two companies will work together in game services and marketing to strengthen their presence in Thailand's mobile game market through strategic partnership.
TDP, which signed a deal with Longtu Korea, is a subsidiary of True Corporation Public Company Limited, which supports the largest telecommunications service provider in Thailand.
It is one of the Thailand's leading game publishers, offering various genres of online and mobile game services, including FPS and MMORPG, and currently has about 400,000 users.
"We plan to actively work with TDP to achieve remarkable results in the Thai market where growth is remarkable in the future," said Kim Bong-joon, head of Longtu Korea's management support division. "We will strive to expand our market share in Southeast Asia by starting with this Thai market."
