The "TLC teen school" a youth career exploration program hosted by Taejeon Group as a regular curriculum for public high schools, has produced its first students.

Taejeon Group (vice chairman Oh Young-seok), a company specializing in total healthcare distribution, held a graduation ceremony for the "2019 TLC teen school" at Seoul Robot High School on December 9.

He delivered certificates and listing in the name of Vice Chairman Oh Young-seok to 20 students in the first class.

"We hope the TLC teen school process will become a milestone in teenager career and career issues that are forced to worry and feel burdened," said Oh Young-seok, vice chairman of Taejeon Group.

TLC teen schools is a program were first applied to high school classes under a program called "TLC(Taejeon Leaders Club), " a Pharmacology College Internship in Taejeon Group.

It was adopted as a regular curriculum at Seoul Robot High School this year. The main courses are organized to help teens gain the knowledge and experience needed for future career and career choices.

Taejeon Group systematically conducted business theory and practical training for 20 students from Seoul Robot High School who were selected as students, starting with special lectures on various social fields such as career soldiers and actors. In addition, labor and human rights education was also provided to students at Meister High School.

In particular, with the support of all of the Taejeon Group's affiliates, including Taejeon Pharm, TJ Pharm, O&K, AOK and TJHC various business people, including in-house human resources and marketers, participated in the on-site intensive training sessions.

TLC teen school was praised for providing students with vivid information such as certificates, competency and salary levels that were favorable to entering the company, drawing substantial help.

"The process of communicating with social people, and sharing their concerns, which are difficult to meet, has been of great help." said Choi Min-woo, a sophomore at Seoul Robot High School.

Meanwhile, Taejeon Group is currently reviewing the direction of operation of the TLC teen school next year with the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and other related agencies, as it continues to expand its social contribution programs linking education to overseas training for all of TLC best Pharmacology students.
