Exciting news for iPhone fanboys in Korea! Finally, KT confirmed that they will bring out iPhone 4 on July 30. It was a rough road to iPhone 4 for landing in the Korean market.
It was supposed to come out in the middle of July but Apple and KT had hard time compromising, the release got delayed. Also it is known that the pre-order is overloaded in the 5 initial sales countries, Japan England, France, Germany and the US and display part supplies were delayed. Hundreds of fans were worried that what if it affects the leak of iPhone 4 in Korea. However, there is nothing to worry about, because Apple cares a lot about many Asian fans. They initially assigned a certain amount of phones for Asian countries such as Singapore, Taiwan and Korea.
If the customs procedure for iPhone 4 carries smoothly, iPhone 4 will come out in Korea on July 30 or else it wont be released until early August.
Meanwhile, it is estimated that iPhone 4 has reached sales of 1.7 million units in first 3 days at initial sales countries. While the antenna problem has been reported by the phone users, I wonder how many units will sell in Korea and could it break the Galaxy S sales record, over 1 hundred thousand so far, in Korea
