Hyundai Card has launched the 'Hyundai Card Consumption Care' service, which provides customized consumption consulting services by analyzing customers' card usage patterns with artificial intelligence (AI).
The company said it has designed the service based on Personetics' AI analysis engine. Based on its own artificial intelligence analysis engine, Personetics is a digital company that provides original personalized marketing solutions and works with Chase Bank of the United States and Wells Fargo of the United States.
The service allows card users to receive information that analyzes expenditure characteristics, future expected expenditures, and regular payments, a Hyundai Card official said.
Hyundai Card also immediately informs customers through a smartphone app if the same amount of money is paid in duplicate at a certain franchise store or mobile phone charges with a strong fixed-cost nature rise rapidly.
Customers who have traveled abroad will be provided with a summary of their overseas payments. Hyundai Card launched the service in collaboration with global fintech firm Personetics.
Unlike the general asset management service, which regularly shows simple spending summary information, the company official explained that artificial intelligence engine of the Hyundai Card app analyzes the card usage characteristics of Hyundai Card members in real time and delivers useful customized information to each member.
A total of 80 kinds of contents are offered, consisting of "smart spending analysis," "detection of abnormal spending" and "customer care messages."
Hyundai Card plans to continue to develop the usefulness of information provided through "Machine Learning" based on customer ratings.
It will also continue to improve content through collaboration with partners of "Private Label Credit Card (PLCC)."
"We will work with Personetics to introduce a new digital service that helps customers use cards more reasonably," a Hyundai Card official said. "We will further evolve the service through data cooperation with fintech companies as well as top partner companies in each field."
