Focus on capabilities to help build a sound investment ecosystem
Korea Digital Exchange, which operates Flybit, a virtual asset trading platform, confirmed they signed a business agreement with CrossAngle, which operates Xangle, a virtual asset information disclosure platform on 23rd.
Through this business agreement, Flybit is regularly reporting information and management changes, including rumors and facts, such as corporate overview, major business, corporate financial statements, and token issuance records of virtual asset issuance projects provided by the Xangle platform. Information on public announcements such as changes in corporate governance and purchase of tokens will be shared.
Xangle, like DART (Korea) in the virtual asset market, is an information disclosure platform that is providing services to the virtual asset market based on the disclosure standards of securities regulators. Currently, 54 virtual asset exchanges and more than 300 project teams are partners of Xangle, and various token information (on-chain information) and company information (off-chain information) can be integrated.
In the future, Flybit will improve the site function so that users of the Flybit platform can easily view the data on the platform. In addition, it is planning to support global members to check standardized disclosure information of Xangle by linking with multilingual services to service users.
“We will continue to make efforts to provide timely and reliable information with partner exchanges that want to take the lead in protecting investors, such as Flybit,” said Hyunwoo Lee, cross-angle co-representative.
Kyle Kim, CEO of the Korea Digital Exchange, said, “We have concluded this partnership because the interests of the two companies are in agreement to create a sound investment ecosystem.” Also stated, “We will make every effort to work closely with the gangs to advance the exchange listing review and post-management system, and to lead the protection of investors together and transfer the industry to the institutional authority,"
Meanwhile, Korea Digital Exchange, which is a full member of the Korea Blockchain Association, has been operating the virtual asset exchange Flybit since March 2018 and has recently rebranded and reorganized to provide global services. Also, new recruits are also actively ongoing.
