Lenovo has released the ThinkPad T400s, a four-fingered touch-screen notebook computer. Two-fingered touch-screen notebooks have been developed before, but this was the first time a notebook maker has produced a four-fingered touch-screen notebook.
Lenovo said it is possible to use multi-touch functions to enlarge or reduce the size of maps or scroll documents. The four-fingered touch-screen function is said to be very useful in handling images in engineering or design programs.
The ThinkPad T400s model is furnished with two 2.4 - 2.53 Ghz Intel Core2 duo processors, with a 250GB hard drive and 4GB of memory.
